Traditional: Taroutachi

This blog is a graveyard.

Last February I played with my watercolors and took the time to color my bland sketches; also made good progress with my ridiculously incoherent lines! Because with watercolor, the results won’t be pretty if you’re painting over a messy sketch. Overall, it was good practice.

I sketched and painted a peony… but the result somehow looked more like a succulent. I’ll post my attempts here whenever I remember, but you can check my Instagram page @daenoki because I already posted them there. 😀

This is a sketch of Taroutachi from Touken Ranbu.

Painted with Koi Watercolors on a 90gsm sketchbook paper.
